What is Chair Massage
Chair massage focuses on the upper body areas that often cause problems for people who sit at a desk or use a computer keyboard.

This massage technique is performed in your normal everyday attire and requires no oils. The massage takes place in a specifically designed portable massage chair provided by Back In Ten Chair Massage.
Back In Ten will bring everything needed including massage equipment and supplies. All you need to provide is a quiet space and some eager participants.
Any amount of time is permissable in the massage chair, but most individuals spend approximately 10 to 15 minutes. |
